Roadway auto insurance for driver with suspended licenseAs we celebrate summer’s soon arrival, the Roadway team wanted to take the time to update our producers and policyholders on what to expect as we approach this new season. Read the latest news from the Roadway team below:

Moving Forward

This month marks a year since Al Redmer started as Maryland Auto’s Executive Director. Although the COVID-19 crisis presented all of us with challenging times this year, Roadway has continued to be one of the largest auto insurance agencies in the Baltimore Washington metropolitan area.

One of Al’s main focuses this year has been working to combat insurance fraud. This is an important component of our mission to reduce the uninsured population in our state. Maryland Auto is not only dedicated to reducing insurance fraud, but to training and educating our producer partners in these efforts as well.

Maryland Auto is also increasing our focus on our commercial auto line of business. We are working to make it quicker and more convenient to write and quote commercial business with us.

Maryland Auto Spotlight

Carlos Sanchez from Carlos Sanchez Agency in Maryland shared his experience with Maryland Auto. As a bilingual agency, his office serves various communities in Maryland, especially in Baltimore, Towson, and Laurel. Many of their customers have no previous driving record or have been ill-advised in the past, which has caused them to have their policies terminated. Some of them are looking for commercial policies and can’t find a company that will cover them. “For all of these customers, we have the perfect solution: Maryland Auto,” Carlos says.

“Through a simple process with few requirements, we have managed to give these customers the right quote, at the right price, with the right coverage,” he adds. Carlos mentions that sometimes, the policy can even go into effect the same day! “Thanks to Maryland Auto, clients with difficult circumstances have been able to find peace of mind and an insurance company that meets their needs.”
